A resolution to amend the Rules of the House of Representatives to eliminate duplicate cost estimates.

Amends rule XIII of the Rules of House of Representatives to exempt committee reports which contain cost estimates prepared by the Director of the Congressional Budget Office from the requirement that such reports contain cost estimates prepared by the committee.
