Authorizes expenditures, not to exceed $9,889,000 (excluding funds reimbursed to the House Information Systems for services performed for Committees of the House and the Congressional Budget Office), by the Committee on House Administration to provide for the maintenance and improvement of ongoing computer services for the House of Representatives, for the investigation of additional computer services, and to provide computer support to House committees.
Prohibits any part of these funds from expenditure in connection with the study or investigation of any subject that is being investigated for the same purpose by any other House committee.
Terminates the authorization granted by this resolution on January 3, 1980.
