Authorizes funds, not to exceed $167,500, for the expenses of a special study and investigation of welfare and pension plans by the House Committee on Education and Labor. Makes such expenditures available to the Subcommittee on Labor-Management Relations.
Prohibits such funds from being used in connection with the study or investigation of any subject being investigated for the same purposes by any other House committee.
Terminates the authorization granted by this resolution on January 3, 1980.
