A bill to limit the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and of the district courts in certain cases.

Removes the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and the Federal district courts to prohibit the consideration of any case arising out of a State statute, ordinance, rule, or regulation relative to abortion.
