A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to require certain Federal agencies to provide to certain employees notice of procedures through which such employees may challenge actions taken against them by such agencies.

Requires the head of each Federal agency to provide written notice to each employee of any administrative procedure through which the employee may challenge adverse agency action taken or proposed to be taken against such employee. Requires that such notice include a description of the actions the employee must take and the time period in which such actions must be completed.
