Ratifies administrative exemptions from acreage limitations granted by the Secretary of the Interior for lands covered by contracts between the United States and various entities in specified reclamation projects, including: (1) the Yuma project, Arizona; (2) the Rio Grande project, New Mexico and Texas; (3) the Klamath project, Oregon and California; and (4) the Milk River project, Montana.
