A bill to provide a uniform time for the closing of polling places in all regular elections of Representatives to Congress, United States Senators, and electors of the President and Vice President of the United States.

Amends the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to require polling places in Presidential, Vice Presidential, or Congressional elections to close at ten post meridiem, eastern standard time (or the local equivalent), with the exception of Congressional elections in Alaska and Hawaii.
