A bill to extend duty-free treatment to prayer shawls, bags for the keeping of prayer shawls, and certain headwear used in religious observances.

Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to permit the duty-free entry of prayer shawls, bags for keeping such shawls, and religious headwear.
