A bill for the relief of the prior owners of the Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge, or their heirs.

Permits the owners of certain real property in McIntosh, Georgia, (presently comprising the Harris Neck National Wildlife Refuge) which was acquired by the United States by condemnation in 1943, to bring a claim against the Government, notwithstanding any existing statutes of limitation.
