A bill to amend the Contract Work Hours Standards Act to require overtime compensation only for hours of employment in excess of forty hours on a workweek.

Amends the Contract Work Hours Standards Act to limit overtime compensation for public contracts employment to only those hours of employment in excess of forty hours in a workweek (current law also requires overtime compensation for hours in excess of eight hours in a workday).
