Cancels the student visas of Iranian nationals studying in the United States. Prohibits the issuance of student visas to Iranians. Requires any Iranian student whose visa has been canceled to leave the United States within 30 days of enactment of this Act or be deported.
Exclude from such visa provisions Iranians whose application for political asylum in the United States is being considered.
