A bill to amend the Communications Act of 1934 to provide that the broadcasting of appearances by actors in motion pictures or theatrical productions shall not be subject to the requirements of section 315 of such Act.

Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to state that any appearance by a legally qualified candidate for public office in any film or production produced primarily for use as public entertainment and which is broadcast by any broadcasting station does not require such station to afford equal opportunities to all other such candidates.
