A bill to amend the Act of May 26, 1926, (Ch. 401, 44 Stat. 657, 43 U.S.C. 373a) to provide for the appointment of a Commissioner of Water and Power Resources.

Replaces the office of Commissioner of Reclamation in the Department of the Interior with that of Commissioner of Water and Power Resources to administer the reclamation of arid lands.
