Directs the Secretary of State to pay to a named individual the maximum annuity that her deceased husband could have elected under the Foreign Service Retirement and Disability System. Directs such individual first to pay a specified sum to the Secretary of the Treasury for deposit into the Foreign Service Retirement and Disability Fund.
