A bill to provide for the United States to withdraw certain public domain lands from the Chippewa National Forest and transfer such lands to the Department of the Interior for the purpose of holding them in trust for the Leech Lake Band of Chippewa Indians.

Directs that certain lands be transferred from the Chippewa National Forest to the Department of the Interior to be held in trust for the Leech Lake Band of Chippewa Indians in Minnesota.

Declares that nothing in this Act shall deprive any person or government entity of any valid right-of-way, lease, permit, or other right or interest in such lands.

Subjects certain transferred land to such right-of-way as is determined to be necessary by the Secretaries of Agriculture and the Interior for use by Forest Service personnel.
