A bill to prohibit the importation into the United States of motor vehicles, and of parts of motor vehicles, that are products of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to prohibit the importation into the United States of any motor vehicle or motor vehicle chassis, body, or part produced in the Soviet Union.
