A bill to provide for the posthumous appointment of Temple G. Cole to Foreign Service Officer Class 4 retroactive to January 1, 1970, and for the relief of his widow and other survivors.

Appoints posthumously a named individual to the rank of Foreign Service officer class four retroactive to January 1, 1970.

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a specified sum to such individual's widow.

Directs the Secretary of State to pay out of the Foreign Service Retirement and Disability Fund to any survivor annuitant of such individual an annuity recalculated to reflect such retroactive appointment.
