A bill to require certain reports to the Federal Election Commission, and for other purposes.

Requires any person who reports a contribution, expenditure, cost, or other amount to the Federal Election Commission to report to the Commission any offset, refund, or notice of reporting error relating to such contribution, expenditure, cost, or amount.

Requires the Commission to publish such reports within ten days of receipt.
