A bill to amend title 39, United States Code, to provide for the withholding of State disability fund contributions from the pay of postal employees.

Requires the Postmaster General, at the request of a State, to enter into an agreement to comply, as an employer, with a State statute requiring employers to withhold mandatory disability insurance fund contributions from the pay of employees whose regular place of employment is within the State.
