A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to allow an individual who receives a readjustment payment upon discharge from active duty with the Armed Forces as a member of the Reserves and who later becomes entitled to retired pay to repay the readjustment payment through partial, rather than total, reductions from such individual's retired pay.
