A bill to provide for a study to be conducted by the Secretary of Agriculture to determine the costs and feasibility of amending the National School Lunch Act so as to permit free lunches to be served to all children attending school under the jurisdiction of a local educational agency in which at least 60 percent of the children attending such schools are otherwise eligible for such lunches.
School Lunch Study Act of 1980 - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to study and report to the appropriate committees of Congress on the feasibility of amending the National School Lunch Act to make all children within specified jurisdictions eligible for free lunches.
