Amends the Small Business Act to authorize the Small Business Administration to extend direct loans to small business concerns for the purchase and installation of wood and coal burning stoves.
Prohibits the term of any such loan from exceeding 15 years. Sets the interest rate on such loans at the prevailing rate for small business disaster loans.
