Requires the Secretary of the Interior, within one year after the date of enactment of this Act, to designate a specified amount of land and water in Alabama for the establishment of the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge.
Directs the Secretary to acquire by donation, purchase with donated or appropriated funds, or exchange, lands, water, and interest therein, within the boundaries of the refuge.
Requires the Secretary to administer such lands in such a way so as to conserve an undisturbed beach-dune ecosystem which includes a diversity of fish and wildlife, and their habitat.
Authorizes appropriations through fiscal year 1985 for acquisition of the refuge.
