Authorizes veterans' hospital and medical care for World War I or II members of the Canadian Armed Forces who: (1) have been United States citizens for at least ten years; and (2) are not receiving or are not eligible for equivalent Canadian veterans' benefits.
Requires such veterans to provide certification from the Government of Canada authenticating such military service.
