A bill for the relief of George G. Barrios, doctor of medicine, his wife Olga T. Cruz, and their children Kurt F. Barrios and Karl S. Barrios.

Declares a named individual lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Requires the issuance of visas to certain relatives of such individual for admittance to the United States for permanent residence under such Act.
