A bill to amend the Federal charter of the Boy Scouts of America with respect to its annual report to Congress.

Amends the Federal charter of the Boy Scouts of America to change from April 1 to June 1 the due date of its annual report to Congress. Specifies that such report be printed as a separate document of the House of Representatives.
