A bill to amend the Bretton Woods Agreements Act to authorize the actions necessary to establish a Substitution Account in the International Monetary Fund.

Amends the Bretton Woods Agreements Act to authorize the Secretary of the Treasury to establish an account to be administered by the International Monetary Fund to accept deposits of dollars and other currencies in exchange for an equivalent amount of special drawing right (SDR)-denominated claims.
