A bill to amend the Military Personnel and Civilian Employees' Claims Act of 1964, as amended, with respect to the settlement of claims against the United States by members of the uniformed services and civilian officers and employees for damage to, or loss of, personal property incident to their service.

Amends the Military Personnel and Civilian Employees Claims Act of 1964 to increase from $15,000 to $25,000 the maximum amount that the United States must pay in settlement of a claim for personal property losses incident to service by a member or civilian employee of the uniformed services or other Federal agencies.

Provides for a maximum settlement amount of $35,000 in cases of evacuation from a foreign country.
