Congressional Reports Elimination Act of 1979 - Title I: Eliminations - Repeals specified provisions of Federal law which require various Federal agencies to submit reports to Congress, the President, and the public.
Title II: Modifications - Amends specified provisions of Federal law: (1) to discontinue requirements for agency reports to Congress; (2) to combine such reports; (3) to reduce the frequency or the contents of such reports; (4) to change the dates for transmission of such reports; and (5) to make technical changes.
