A bill to amend title 5 United States Code, to provide that military leave be made available for Federal employees on a fiscal year rather than a calendar year basis.
Entitles Federal and District of Columbia employees to military leave on a fiscal year rather than a calendar year basis. Allows such employees to carry over to the next fiscal year up to 15 days of their unused military leave. Grants permanent part-time employees a proportionate share of the military leave to which such full-time employees are entitled.
