Designates the Ansley Wilcox House in Buffalo, New York, as the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural National Historic Site to be administered by the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the National Park Service.
Authorizes the Secretary to enter into cooperative agreements with the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site Foundation or other qualified public or private entities for the operation, maintenance, management, development, and interpretation of such site.
