A bill to authorize the documentation of the vessel, Esperance III, as a vessel of the United States with coastwise privileges.

Directs the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating to cause a named vessel to be documented as a vessel of the United States with the privilege of engaging in coastwise trade.
