Directs the President to impose a total trade embargo between the United States and Iran. Makes violators of such embargo subject to penalties contained in the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.
Authorize the President to terminate or modify the terms of such embargo, if the national interest so requires. Provides for a congressional veto of such termination or modification.
