A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide for the computation of benefits thereunder on the basis of the worker's three years of highest earnings.

Amends title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to require that benefits be computed on the basis of a worker's three years of highest earnings, and for the recomputation of such benefits to reflect the changes required by this Act.
