A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to clarify the tax exemption of proceeds from certain bingo games.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to provide that tax-exempt organizations which conduct bingo games in violation of any State or local law shall not be subject to the tax on unrelated business income for the proceeds of such games unless such law is generally enforced.
