A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to assure that the initial payment of any benefits due survivors of an insured individual will be made without delay after such individual's death.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to direct the Secretary to establish and put into effect procedures under which the payment of benefits to qualified survivors of a deceased individual will be commenced promptly upon such individual's death.
