A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that a child's entitlement to child's insurance benefits on the wage record of an adopting parent shall terminate upon such child's readoption by his or her natural parent.

Amends title II (Old-Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to terminate an adopted child's entitlement to child's insurance benefits based on the income of an adopting parent if such child is readopted by his or her natural parent.
