Urban Rivers Rehabilitation Act of 1979 - Permits the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to make grants to the State of Rhode Island and political subdivisions of such state to rehabilitate a specified part of the Ten Mile River for recreational purposes.
Sets forth the factors the Secretary must consider in making such grants.
