A bill to permit products of U.S. origin to be re-imported into the U.S. under informal customs' entry procedures.

Amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to permit the informal entry of merchandise of U.S. origin repair or modification prior to reexportation, pursuant to regulations prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury.
