A bill to amend part A of title IV of the Social Security Act to reduce from 6 to 3 the maximum age of a child on account of whom a mother or other caretaker relative receiving aid to families with dependent children may claim an exemption from registration under the WIN program.

Amends part A (Aid to Families with Dependent Children) of title IV of the Social Security Act to reduce from six to three the age of a child at which the mother or other caretaker relative of such child support must register for the Work Incentive Program (part C of title IV) in order to be eligible for AFDC.
