Establishes the Citizen's Commission for the Commemoration of the Federal Government Bicentenary Era to: (1) stimulate interest in the events relating to the development of the Federal Government during the years of 1776 through 1800; and (2) provide and coordinate activities to commemorate those events.
Requires the Commission to submit to the President, Congress, and the Chief Justice of the United States an annual report on the activities and accounting of funds of the Commission. Requires a final report to be submitted by June 30, 2001. Terminates the Commission on the date the final report is submitted.
