Home Health and Safety Act of 1979 - Prohibits manufacturers of cigarettes or little cigars for sale or distribution in commerce from adding substances which permit the continued burning of such cigarettes or little cigars if left unattended.
Sets a fine of not more than $10,000 for a violation of this Act.
Grants district courts jurisdiction to restrain such violations upon application by the Attorney General.
