A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to require a specific judicial order for entry of premises to intercept a wire or oral communication under chapter 119 of such title.

Amends the procedure for interception of wire or oral communications to require a separate judicial order for the entry of premises for such purpose, if a search warrant would be required for such an entry for a purpose other than an interception.

Requires an application for such an order to contain a description of the premises to be entered and a statement of the reasons for the entry.
