Contraceptive Labeling and Advertising Act - Amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to require that the label and advertising for contraceptive drugs and devices state the effectiveness of such drugs and devices in preventing conception in humans. Requires a label also to state directions for use and that professional advice should be sought to determine the most appropriate form of contraception.
Directs the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to establish standards for determining the effectiveness of such drugs and devices.
