A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that mother's insurance benefits will continue to be paid as long as the mother has in her care a child, entitled to child's insurance benefits, who is between ages 18 and 22 and is a full-time student.

Amends title II (Old-Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to permit the payment of mother's insurance benefits to a mother who has in her care a child between the ages of 18 and 22, who is a full-time student and is entitled to child's insurance benefits.
