A bill to amend the Small Business Act to reduce interest rates on Small Business Administration disaster loans obtained after April 20, 1973, and prior to July 1, 1976.

Amends the Small Business Act to reduce the interest rate on any Small Business Administration disaster loan obtained after April 20, 1973, and prior to July 1, 1976, to one percent of the amount of such loan not exceeding $10,000, and three percent on the amount exceeding $10,000 but not exceeding $40,000.
