A bill to establish a commission to study the feasibility of constructing a monument dedicated to the duties and responsibilities of citizens of the United States.

Establishes the Commission to Construct a Monument Dedicated to the Duties and Responsibilities of American Citizens.

Directs the Commission to: (1) evaluate the public interest in such a monument and the likelihood of funding its construction from public contributions; and (2) transmit a final report to Congress within one year after the enactment of this Act. Terminates the Commission 30 days after such report is transmitted.
