A bill to amend the Tariff Schedules of the United States by repealing item 807.00 relating to certain articles assembled abroad from fabricated components which are products of the United States.

Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to delete the tariff provisions for products assembled abroad from U.S components which base the duty on such imported articles on the full value less the value of the U.S. components.
