A bill to amend section 701(a)(4) of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act to add new categories to the categories of individuals eligible to receive benefits under such section.

Amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to create the following additional categories of beneficiaries eligible to receive public safety officers' death benefits: (1) one individual designated by the officer; (2) parents of such officer who are not dependents; and (3) brothers or sisters of such officer.
