A bill to provide coverage under the Federal old-age, survivors, and disability insurance system for all Members of Congress and other officers and employees in the legislative branch of the Government.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code and title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to include within the coverage of such program all Members of Congress and officers and employees in the legislative branch of the Government.
